Major or Intermediate Division (League Ages 9 - 12)
- Major Division - Players with experience from playing Minor A Division or similar skills** (league age 10-12) play one to two games per week on a 60' dirt infield and grass outfield at El Carro Park. All team members bat and play in the field***. Players hit balls pitched from players on the opposing team. This is a competitive division*. Major teams are drafted by their team manager.
- Intermediate Division - Players with experience from playing Minor A or Major Divisions or similar skills** (league age 11-13) play one to two games per week on a 70' dirt infield and grass outfield at El Carro Park. All team members bat and play in the field***. Leading off bases, picking off runners, and balks are introduced at this level. This is a competitive division*. teams are drafted by their team manager.
MAJORS v. INTERMEDIATE DIVISION SOLIDIFIED BASED ON NUMBER OF AGE GROUP SIGN UPS
* Instructional divisions do not keep score. All team members play in the field when the team is on defense. Coaches are allowed on the field to instruct / assist players. Competitive divisions keep score and league standings. A league championship is awarded to the best team at the end of the season.
** Players in all divisions except Tee Ball are required to attend player evaluations. Skill levels will be assessed. These evaluations will be used in determining in which division each player will be placed.
*** Every rostered player present at the start of a game will participate in each game for a minimum of six (6) defensive outs.
